Real Buddy’s leading actor and screenwriter Steve Hudson is one of present cinema’s most promising filmmakers, combining acing, writing and directing talent. His short film Goodbye won a dozen awards including the UIP Prize at the Venice Film Festival in 2004 and the German Short Film Prize in Silver. Steve Hudson was born in London in 1969, and grew up in England and South America. After drama school in London, Steve Hudson soon entered the screen in multiple movies and series for film and television making his feature film-debut in George Sluizer’s The Comissioner. Real Buddy shows Steve in one of his most challenging acting performances portraying a paranoia driven character.
